Office/retail project and parking deck located on the periphery of Austin’s CBD with a design inspired by the flow of water in the adjacent East Bouldin Creek.

801 Barton Springs features precast architectural panels, a unitized glass wall system, a unitized curtain wall system with shadowbox design at the floor lines, and cantilevered elements.

The building’s first floor is elevated to allow the unmitigated flow of water under the building and a rain garden filters water before release into the aquifer.
